Privacy Policy
Your data is yours. We handle it with respect and transparency.
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how Não Somos AI collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the site or talk to us, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Não Somos AI, reachable at geral@naosomosai.pt. For anything related to privacy, this is the direct channel.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone and the content of your message) when you use the form, email or WhatsApp.
- Minimal technical data from your visit (such as device type and browser), needed for the site to work and stay secure.
- We do not collect special categories of data, nor do we build commercial profiles about you.
3. Why we use the data
- To respond to contact requests and quotes.
- To provide and manage the services you engage.
- To comply with legal obligations (such as invoicing and accounting).
- To keep the site secure and running.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (when you are a client), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for each purpose: contact requests that do not progress are deleted within a reasonable period; client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the legal retention periods (notably tax-related ones).
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may use trusted service providers (for example for hosting or communication) acting as processors, solely on our behalf and under data-protection agreements. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards.
7. Your rights
- Access your data and obtain a copy.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request the erasure of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request the portability of the data you provided.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8. How to exercise rights and complain
To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@naosomosai.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
9. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No system is 100% infallible, but we treat security as a priority.
10. Minors
The site is not intended for those under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental authorisation.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date.
